AgentCX Labs has introduced the Founding Beta of Agent Builder Studio, a platform that enables agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) to develop, brand, and deploy AI agents without needing to write code. The platform simplifies the creation process by allowing users to describe the desired AI agent using plain language. From there, Agent Builder Studio formulates a proposed configuration, which includes the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompts, allowing users to review and adapt the setup before launching it for their clients.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs’ platform allows users to leverage their existing AI infrastructure without being confined to a single AI provider. It supports integration with a variety of AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. Some of the providers compatible with the platform include OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, the system offers white-label features like custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, enabling agencies to offer AI services under their own brand identity.
The platform’s first product is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent that is now available to customers of AgentCX Labs. Agencies can tailor the agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base to suit a client’s website needs, incorporating features such as lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration via webhooks. Furthermore, the Founding Beta is being expanded to include more applications like CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and AI assistants for Slack.
AgentCX Labs emphasizes that Agent Builder Studio is crafted to assist agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service offerings while keeping control over their current infrastructure, client relationships, and branding strategies. The platform is currently available through an invite-only Founding Beta, and the company is actively seeking applications from agencies and BPOs eager to participate in the program.
